Oct 30 - Are you setting goals or limits? As this final quarter of the year is underway, how are you viewing your goals for the year ahead? Are you reaching even higher, or deciding to settle for less? Are you questioning what you are capable of achieving, or are you challenging yourself to even greater heights of accomplishment?
Amidst living life and working in your business, many challenges have most likely occurred throughout this year to cause you to question or even think you must re-examine how realistic your goals are to begin with. Don’t allow yourself to be swayed. Never settle for less than what is possible. If your goals aren’t scaring you just a little, they are not challenging and helping you grow enough. The minute you imagined the goal, it became a possibility. It is up to you to make it a probability.
Take an MM&I Moment to reawaken to the power, resources and opportunities that are all around you to guide you toward your goals, even the most bodacious of desires. First consider the challenges you have faced that have hindered your efforts toward a goal. What opportunities have been revealed as a result of the obstacles? What insight did you gain? What redirection did you need? What blessing may have occurred? With regard to any of your goals not yet reached, what resources can you leverage even further or more profoundly? Where is your time best spent on the goal? What is others’ time best spent in support of the goal? What people may have answers or insights to share? How can technology be a resource of value? Where is your money dedicated towards reaching the goal? Leveraging all four of your resources is key to goal achievement. When you have them all constantly working for you, your goals become a probability and a building block to even greater achievement.
