Mar 10 – Is everything an expense? Are you caught up in an expense mentality? Do you find yourself saying things like, “I can’t afford …” or “When I make more money …”? When it comes to life and business, viewing everything at a cost may be holding you back in more ways than you realize.
First, money isn’t the only resource that is necessary for growth and to leverage opportunities. You have three other resources that can actually help your money go further or prove that money isn’t the only answer. These resources are time, technology, and other people and their time. Second, if you are viewing everything as an expense, you may not be investing in something that could be a gamechanger for producing more income. Once you realize the wealth of options at your fingertips, you will realize how unstoppable you really can be.
Take an MM&I Moment to awaken your thinking to all of the resources that you can leverage. First, take a look at your time. How could you be spending your time in a more productive way towards income generating or income producing activities? How could you delegate some of your time to other people in supporting activities to free your time up for more value-building or income producing and generating activities? How can you use technology to identify other options or people that can support or be a resource to your initiatives? What small investment could you make in yourself or your business that could enhance your ability to make more money? Within you and all around you lie the answers. Open your eyes and your mind to see.
