Dec 30 – Was it time well spent? As you look back over this most unusual and unprecedented year of twists and turns, how did you spend the time that was given to you in those unexpected ways? Was your focus more on what you could not do? Was your focus on time you couldn’t spend doing what you wanted to be doing? Or did you embrace the situation amidst all the chaos, and focus on what you could do … what you could control? In any given situation, the choices we make can either limit us or set us free. Choosing to focus on what you can do always brings freedom to your spirit and focus to your greatest desires.
Take an MM&I Moment to reawaken your spirit to focus on how you can spend your time in ways that nurture, enrich, inspire and bring value to you and others. What most excites you? What do you enjoy doing more than anything else? What makes you feel useful, purposeful, and valued? What are you most passionate about being, doing and experiencing? Every moment can leave a mark on one’s heart when lived with passion.
