June 17 – Are you inhibiting your brilliance? Do you get a certain feeling about something, and then push those feelings aside and press onward? Do you catch yourself questioning something, and then view it as a distraction versus a clue to explore? Have you had an inspired thought, and then quickly dismissed it because of what you had on your to-do list or what you deemed was a more practical focus of your time? There is a knowing within you that is awaiting your presence to embrace. Give yourself permission to simply sit with your hunch for a moment and explore what bubbles up.
Take an MM&I Moment to reawaken your inner knowing through revisiting moments where you had a feeling or an inspired thought and then dismissed it. What was the feeling? Why do you think you had that feeling? What was the inspired thought? Why didn’t you act upon it? What could you still do to act upon it? Have you questioned something lately that is still on your mind? Why do you question it? What about it intrigues you? What about it concerns you? Through taking a moment to pause and explore, you are honoring that part of you that knows more than you realize, sees more than you are aware, and senses more than you are feeling.
