Dec 26 – Is it time to disrupt your norm? Have you gotten set in your ways a bit? Are there certain things you do almost without thinking about them, causing you to be operating like you are on autopilot? Are there habits or commitments you have made that you believe must be done the way they always have been done? Sometimes, our greatest "ahas" happen when we choose to take a different direction, try something new, do something a little bit different, or simply decide that today is the day you will step outside of your comfort zone.
Take an MM&I Moment to explore the possibility of changing things up a bit. What are some of the things you are doing that have become a bit mundane to you? How can you make them more exciting and rewarding? What are you doing that you believe must be done the way it is being done? Does it really have to be done that way? Could it be improved in some way that you just are not seeing? Could it be changed entirely and potentially bring about an even greater result? While habits are good when they keep you focused and engaged, they can also be limiting if they keep you from challenging yourself and growing.

"Conformity is the jailer of freedom and the enemy of growth." – John F. Kennedy
Wait, It's NOT Monday! But if feels like it doesn't it after our Tuesday holiday? So in the spirit of "disrupting my norm," I decided that the next two Motivations would happen on "what feels like Monday" instead of on the actual day Monday. I hope this puts a smile on your face, and also inspires you to disrupt your norm in some awesome way! Hope your holiday was blessed and your New Year kicks off with gusto!
Yours in disrupting the norm,
