allowing others' negativity to influence your thinking? Instead of focusing your thinking power on what you don't want, focus instead on what you do want, can do and love to be doing.
Take an MM&I Moment to shift your thinking to a more empowered state of mind. List all the ideal scenarios that could be the end result of what is currently worrying or distracting you. List
steps you can take to lessen the worry and eliminate some of the distractions. List what you want to happen and how it will feel to achieve these results. List what you love to do and steps you
can take to be doing what you love to do all of the time. Anticipating the best and what is most ideal will always take you further than your fear of what hasn't even happened yet. Not only will
it get you to take positive action, it will also help you see that you have more power than you thought you did in shifting and making what you desire and love to come into your reality.
