June 11, 2018 - Is it same old, same old? Are you doing the same things you have always done, yet not achieving what you are desiring to do, even though what you have done has brought you some success in the past? Are you feeling as though you need to do something different, but are unsure of exactly what it needs to be? While replicating success works in repeating successes you have realized, when it comes to a goal you have never achieved before, it requires stepping out of your comfort zone and trying new things, even at the risk of failing.
Take an MM&I Moment to explore what new information, skill, or insights you need to obtain in order to reach this desired goal. Who do you need to meet that you have not yet met? What activity could help you get closer to meeting this person or gaining a needed resource? Where do you need to go to learn or engage in a way you have never learned or engaged before? Be open to all possible resources, options and support and charge ahead with the confidence that through the learning and the growing that results, the achievement is merely on the other side awaiting to greet you.
