Dec 4, 2017 - Are you feeling limited? Does it seem that you keep coming up against obstacles impeding your progress on a goal or desire? Do you find yourself wishing things could be different than they are, and if they were, you would be able to move forward more effectively? Do you catch yourself hesitating out of fear or uncertainty in what may transpire, keeping you from taking the next step or any steps at all? Are you looking back over the past year in reflection of where you wanted to be, feeling as though you have been held back by things out of your control? No matter the circumstances or situation, the biggest deterrent in you moving forward is the way in which you are thinking.
Take an MM&I Moment to re-ignite the power you have to be unlimited once you shift. What is it that you are believing about yourself or the situation? What are you accepting that you don't want to really accept? As I stated in my book, Me, Myself & Inc. , in Section 2 entitled "Overcoming What Holds You Back," .... "Real or imagined, an excuse or a reality, imposed or predisposed -- whatever is occurring that seems to be keeping you from where you want to be personally or professionally is all a matter of what you believe and accept."
