Jan 30, 2017 - Are you continuing to waver? Is there something you have intended to do, and even committed to doing, and yet you continue to waver, and so nothing is happening? Are you
overwhelmed by so many other things, that you are allowing these things to keep steering you away from what you believed could be valuable, helpful or even exponential in the end? Do you feel you
must be completely ready in other ways before you can honor your commitment or move forward with what you had intended to do? How is this indecision affecting other people, and are you being fair
and considerate with regard to what you stated you would do? If you felt what you wanted to do was valuable, and still believe it to be valuable, then you need to understand why you are allowing
everything else to distract you from proceeding.
Take an MM&I Moment to assess how your thinking may be hindering your progress, and your lack of action may be hindering your relationships. What are the main reasons for not moving forward
with what you had committed to doing or intended to be doing? How do you believe your wavering may be impacting others, and have you considered this aspect of the situation? How is your wavering
affecting morale, impressions and expectations of you? What is it you believe you must have in place or completed, before you can fulfill this commitment or move ahead with what you intended? Is
it really necessary, or is it just your rigidness getting in the way? Your ability to do what you say and ultimately want to do rests solely on your ability to not get in your own way.
