Are you feeling a bit drained?

Nov 14, 2016 - Are you feeling a bit drained? Do you feel overwhelmed and drained by all that is being demanded upon you in your life? Are you running on empty mentally, physically, emotionally? Are demands coming at you from all angles, leaving no time for you to feel like you can even catch your breath? Do you feel like you need an energy boost, a break or to escape from it all? When you get to this point in how you are thinking and feeling, it is your inner spirit telling you that it's time to make yourself more of a priority.

 

Take an MM&I Moment and look at what is happening right now that seems to be draining you. What one change can you make or action can you take to energize you and move you in the right direction? What do you need to fill yourself back up? Is it support? Is it time? What will more energy allow you to do or accomplish? You already have what it takes to boost your energy. It is all a matter of the choices you make. For the next week, make yourself a priority, doing one thing just for you that will replenish you in some way. Take that little action. Make that little change. Make giving yourself a positive energy boost a daily treat to yourself, and watch how you start to feel again.
