July 4, 2016 - Are you expecting the best? Or are you thinking of everything that might go wrong or could go wrong? It is good to have contingency plans in order to shift effectively when things don't go according to plan. However, if you aren't thinking of the best possible outcome and putting your energies towards achieving it, then you may be limiting your options without even realizing it.
Take an MM&I Moment to write down what would be the most ideal outcome to what you are trying to achieve, no matter how absurd or bodacious it may seem. If your thoughts still meander to what would or could go wrong, then instead of stopping with these fears, embrace them by writing what good could come out of these potential alternatives. Through feeling prepared and enlightened now, you will no longer consider these alternatives wrong and limiting.
