Nov 9, 2015 - Do you believe it? Have you set some stretch goals that while you want to believe you can achieve them, you don't fully believe? Do you find yourself questioning whether you really have what it takes to get where you ultimately want to go? Believing is a mindset more than it is anything else. If you didn't believe in your own abilities, you wouldn't have gotten to where you are right now. If you didn't believe your goals were possible, you would not have thought of them in the first place.
Take an MM&I Moment to remind yourself of what you have already accomplished to this point. Make special note of what you have learned and gained that will be useful to helping you achieve your current goals. Instead of questioning your own abilities, seek to learn or gain resources or support to supplement what you don't know or cannot do on your own. Where there is a will, there is a way, and often the way is through leveraging the synergy of collaboration and delegation.
