Nov 3, 2014 - Could tomorrow be today? Are you putting off things you would really like to be doing for later? Are you pushing a responsibility continuously into the future because it isn't something you enjoy or look forward to, even though you know it must be dealt with at some point? Do you catch yourself saying, "I'll get around to it tomorrow." or "Maybe tomorrow, I can make this a priority." ... and then tomorrow continues to be "tomorrow"? Both the things you really want to be doing and the things you really need to be doing become a weight upon you when you spend more time thinking about them, than actually doing anything about them. Each moment you spend time putting them off into "tomorrow land" is time that could have been spent taking action to move them forward.
Take an MM&I Moment to list those desires, obligations and responsibilities that you continue to put off until later. Next to each item listed, note the key reason or reasons you are putting it off. Then, next to each item, list one thing you could do today to either check it completely off your list or move it into making progress so it doesn't continue to be a want or burden upon you. By taking action, even in the smallest of ways, your time is spent moving forward instead of continuously revisiting the same to-do's and want-to-do's over and over again.
