Aug 25, 2014 - Are you effectively leveraging uniqueness? Do you know the gift that you are in this world? Do you recognize the gifts in others and how they can best utilize their unique abilities towards a meaningful and powerful purpose and support? What makes this world an invigorating place to live is in our immense diversity of skills, ways of thinking, and ways to approach every aspect of our lives and work. When you know your own uniqueness, you gain the ability to embrace and build upon it, especially when you focus on its ability to be benefit others. When you are able to mutually leverage one another's strengths, you are each unstoppable.
Take an MM&I Moment to recognize your own uniqueness, as well as the unique skills and abilities require for you to achieve some of your goals and desires. If you are unsure of your uniqueness, ask someone you trust and respect who knows you. If you already know your unique abilities, yet you realize you still have needs that are not your strengths or passions, which all of us do, then take action to identify and align with those who possess the specific skills and abilities you have identified as necessary. When you recognize the unique gifts and abilities of others, you are able to exponentially empower one another to achieve more individually and collectively, which take you beyond what could have possibly been imagined or conceived alone.
