Jan 7, 2014 - Are you planning for success? Are you planning for success or still planning for survival? How are you planning for things to be different in your business or career than they are currently? How are you analyzing what has worked? How will you continue to build upon what worked for future successes this year? If your goals are focused on maintaining what you have, then you are in a survival mode, fearful of losing what you have accumulated thus far. Instead of being protective, be projective about your future. Just as important as setting goals is to set expectations that focus on moving you, your business or career forward.
Take an MM&I Moment to list some of the successes you realized that you would like to replicate or build upon for even greater success. Set goals around these specific focus areas and then define your expectations in order to more clearly determine your necessary actions. Even the smallest of successes can build into something you scarcely imagined with the right focus, motivation and attitude.
