Dec 21, 2009 – Has a setback diminished your confidence? Have your current circumstances changed in a way that leaves you feeling as though you have taken steps backward instead of forward? What have you learned about yourself as a result of these changes? Take a look at the situation that has not turned out the way you would have liked and then list small actions you can take to make it more of what you would like right now.
