Dec 7, 2009 – Are you worried you are about to lose something? An opportunity? A part of your life you enjoy? An activity or responsibility at work that is rewarding to you? Are you concerned that something you value is possibly going to be taken away, go away or change in some way? Then your mind is caught up in the fearful thinking mode. When in a fearful state of mind, we tend to become stagnant as a result of thinking too much about what we fear could happen. It is time to take inspired action to shift from fear to being an empowered force.
Take an MM&I Moment to face your fear or fears head on. There are always things you can do or actions you can take. Write down any and all ways you can make your situation better. List any and all options and resources you could tap into that could help you resolve or overcome this fear. Then empower yourself and before you know it, your fear will be a memory and your life will be rewarding and moving forward once again.

“Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit and think about it. Get out and get busy.” - Dale Carnegie
