Nov 2, 2009 – Are you worrying instead of focusing? Are you worrying about something in your life or work right now? Why does it worry you? Is it based on fact or assumptions being made? Is it based on what you perceive might transpire or what is actually happening right now? Instead of focusing on what is worrying you, how about focusing on what will alleviate that worry? Instead of focusing on what might happen, focus on what you can make happen.
Take an MM&I Moment and write down five things you can do right now to stop your worry in its tracks. Take action and transform your worry into willful, determined action. Once you are moving forward, you just might find that your worry was unfounded.
