Desiring more fruitful outcomes?

May 01  – Desiring more fruitful outcomes? Are feeling your results aren’t reflective of the efforts you have put forth? Are you disappointed by what has transpired versus what was hoped to be realized in a commitment or endeavor? Are you giving 110% yet only feeling like everyone else is giving their bare minimum to what needs to be achieved? Are you beginning to question what is worth continued effort and what needs to be let go?

The concept of pruning doesn’t just apply to plants for a more bountiful outcome. It also applies to your work and your life when it comes to realizing outcomes that are plentiful and rewarding. When results aren’t as you would like them to be, it is time to determine what may be either getting in the way or proving ineffective so your efforts can be even more aligned for a successful result.

Take an MM&I Moment to awaken to what may need to be pruned in order to bear more fruit in what you are doing. Have you potentially been distracted by a myriad of other demands that have shifted you away from where your heart and desires are the strongest? Are there those who are not carrying their weight and are they the right people to continue forward? Is part of the problem that your mind is so cluttered with all that is on your plate, that while you feel you are giving it your all, you actually aren’t due to these distractions? How can you release, let go of control of, or redirect focus of some of these demands away from you and into others’ hands? Could it be that you have too much you are attempting to do to success in a particular endeavor and a more focused approach may be more impactful? Whether it is in your mind, in your environment or within your to-do list, when you trim away the excess, you empower greater success.
